SIEGHARDT / LANMECCA - INTERNET CONNECTION HELPER 1.0.1

Windows 10 / 11. Bring your compatible Lineage II High Five client.
This small package contains connection settings and the helper only.

1. Extract the entire ZIP to a local folder.
2. Close Lineage II, then double-click Join-Sieghardt.cmd.
3. Choose your High Five game folder or its system folder.
4. The helper checks the client and both Internet ports. It backs up your
original l2.ini and installs the LANMECCA Internet connection settings.
5. Approve Windows' normal permission prompt for the legacy game.
6. Log in with your game account, then select Sieghardt. New credentials
create an account on first login; use a password unique to this game.

Use Join-Sieghardt.cmd for future Internet play. An old LAN launcher may
complain about the changed configuration; it expects the private LAN route.
No VPN, Windows hosts-file change, or router change is needed on your PC.

Version 1.0.1 also updates the earlier Internet connection settings while
preserving their verified original LAN backup. If that backup is missing or
damaged, it stops without replacing anything; ask DeadMan for help.

RESTORE YOUR PREVIOUS LAN SETTINGS
Close the game, run Restore-Sieghardt.cmd, and select the same client folder.
The verified original backup is retained in the client's system folder.

IF SOMETHING DOES NOT MATCH
The helper refuses unknown client builds or unknown l2.ini files. Ask DeadMan
to check your client; do not replace random game DLLs or disable protections.
If the connection check fails, try later or ask DeadMan to check the server.
Keep the whole client, including its existing GameGuard files. Use a local
writable client folder. Do not run the game or this ZIP from a network share.

This helper updates only system\l2.ini, its backup and backup record. It does
not install a game client, patch executable files, collect passwords, alter
Windows security settings, or install a background service. The command file
allows this script for that PowerShell process only; it changes no saved
PowerShell execution-policy setting. Respect any Windows security warning;
verify the ZIP checksum on the LANMECCA website before running it.
